In UK paper The Daily Mirror of all places is a piece that states the Xbox 360 Elite consoles are dropping like flies just as bad as regular 360 consoles with the notorious red ring of death syndrome.
Naturally badly written, the paper doesn’t quite explain the reason behind the £500 million tag, but that’ll do doubt be for the same $1 billion warranty extension they had to fork out for on regular consoles last year.
